Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. 

Shipping Time & Rates:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (within the continental U.S.)

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Free Shipping on all orders over $75 (U.S. only)

We currently ship to the U.S. For international orders outside these regions, please contact our support team at support@lessymo.com.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment anytime using the link provided. Or you can track your order with tracking number here: TRACK MY ORDER

Return

We want you to love your rug. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

You may return your rug within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

Rug must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom rugs are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email us at support@lessymo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Shipping:

A return shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
